Our Purpose

Penhill Community Church officially started meeting together in September 2019 at the John Moulton Hall. However, for many years before this a handful of Christians living in Penhill met regularly together to pray for our community.

Over the years we have got to know a number of people who live on the estate through holiday clubs, toddler group and other community events.

We love Penhill and the sense of community that already exists here.

We believe that God has a purpose for our lives that goes beyond going to work, watching telly and doing our own thing. We believe that Jesus came to save us from a life without him and we want to carry this good news to our community.

• We will share the good news of Jesus with the lost in Penhill.

• We will follow Jesus Christ and teach others how to follow him.

• We will live in unity as God’s family, caring for and encouraging one another.
